We arranged a time for a visit
Craig arrived and explained everything to me thoroughly tested my keys and immobiliser to prove all waa good
He investigated further and found the problem to be the starter motor
I had it replaced by a mechanic which proved Craig's diagnosis correct
Very professional punctual and polite and very knowledgeable of his trade
